We keep this short and honest: we collect only what we need to reply to you, we don't sell personal information, and we hold it no longer than necessary.

This policy explains what personal information Voxel & Vessel collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to voxelvessel.com and our direct correspondence with you.
“Voxel & Vessel”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Voxel & Vessel Inc. (incorporated in Ontario, Canada) and its affiliate Voxel & Vessel Limited (registered in Ireland), which act as joint controllers of the personal information described here. For any privacy matter you can reach us at [email protected].
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organisation, chosen topic and message. You decide what to put in the message itself, so please don't include sensitive information you'd rather not share.
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site securely and defend against abuse. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting alternative to CAPTCHA that helps us tell humans from bots. We do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics or similar profiling tools.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running a secure website; and legal obligation where we must retain records. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the site, under appropriate agreements:
We operate across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU, and some of the providers above process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are covered by recognised safeguards (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete it. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner at any time.
Subject to applicable law (including Canada's PIPEDA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal information we hold about you, object to certain processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we respond within the timeframes the law requires. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority; in Canada you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry email is restricted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
