Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Return (RMA Process)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our team at returns@voxelvessel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us.
⚠️ Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact us at support@voxelvessel.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@voxelvessel.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Clearance or discounted items
❌ Items marked as final sale
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Shipping Costs
• Returns are free — Voxel & Vessel will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For international orders, we offer the same 30-day return policy; however, return shipping labels are only provided for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at support@voxelvessel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
